Amino or Nitro - this is the question. How these simple substituents effect the properties you can check out in our latest paper by Nastia, Oli and Kurt in Chem. Eur. J. Have a look.

Welcome to the Tschierlei Research Group

We are part of the Institute of Physical and Theoretical Chemistry at the Technische Universität Braunschweig. Our interest lies in the fundamental understanding and comprehensive characterization of photoinduced processes as well as the dynamics of excited states of different metal complexes. Furthermore, the investigation of photosensitizers and photocatalysts regarding their application in the field of solar energy conversion represents a key issue.
